📌 1. تعريف الخدمة وطبيعتها

تُقدّم منصة AIENERGY.AE خدمات استشارية وتحليلية في مجال إدارة الطاقة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتشمل الخدمات المُقدَّمة عبر هذا الموقع:

• تحليل فواتير الكهرباء وتقدير الوفورات المحتملة
• استخراج البيانات من صور الفواتير باستخدام تقنية OCR
• لوحة تحكم تفاعلية لعرض بيانات استهلاك الطاقة
• مدونة تقنية ودراسات حالة إرشادية
• خدمة التواصل المباشر بغرض الاستشارة والاستثمار

جميع النتائج والتوصيات المُولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي هي تقديرات استرشادية ولا تُعدّ تعهدات مالية أو قانونية ملزمة.

✅ 2. الاستخدام المقبول للمنصة

يوافق المستخدم على استخدام المنصة للأغراض المشروعة فقط، ويحظر ما يلي:

• محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل أنظمة الموقع أو خوادمه

🔒 5. خصوصية البيانات والأمن

نأخذ خصوصية بياناتك على محمل الجد. تسري على استخدامك أحكام سياسة الخصوصية الكاملة. والمبادئ الأساسية:

• صور الفواتير المرفوعة تُعالَج فوراً ولا تُخزَّن على خوادمنا
• لا تُشارَك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث تجاري
• تواصلاتك عبر نموذج الاتصال تصل حصراً إلى [email protected]
• جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة بـ TLS 1.3

⚖️ 6. حدود المسؤولية

في أقصى الحدود المُجازة قانوناً في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، لا تتحمل AIENERGY.AE مسؤولية أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية ناجمة عن:

• استخدام أو تعذّر استخدام الموقع أو أي من خدماته
• انقطاع الخدمة أو وجود أخطاء تقنية مؤقتة
• الاعتماد على التقديرات والتوصيات دون مراجعة متخصصين مؤهّلين

يبقى الحد الأقصى للمسؤولية في أي حال مقيّداً بما دفعه المستخدم للحصول على الخدمة المعنية (إن وُجد).

💼 7. شروط الشراء والاستثمار

يُطرح المشروع والدومين aienergy.ae للبيع للمستثمرين المؤهَّلين وفق الشروط التالية:

• جميع الاستفسارات الاستثمارية تُعالَج سرياً وتستلزم اتفاقية عدم إفصاح (NDA) قبل مشاركة التفاصيل التقنية الكاملة
• الأسعار المُعلَنة قابلة للتفاوض ولا تُعدّ عروضاً ملزمة قانونياً
• تُكمَّل إجراءات نقل الملكية وفق أنظمة الإمارات أو المملكة المتحدة حسب اتفاق الطرفين
• المستثمر مسؤول عن التحقق المستقل (Due Diligence) من أصول المشروع
• لا يُعدّ أي مراسلة إلكترونية عقداً ملزماً ما لم يُوقَّع اتفاق رسمي مكتوب

🏛️ 8. القانون المُطبَّق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتحديداً قانون المعاملات الإلكترونية الاتحادي وقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها.

• في حالة النزاعات، يُعطى الأولوية للتسوية الودية خلال 30 يوماً
• في حال تعذّر التسوية الودية، تُحال النزاعات إلى محاكم أبوظبي المختصة
• للمستثمرين الدوليين: يمكن الاتفاق على التحكيم وفق قواعد DIFC أو ICC

🔄 9. تعديل الشروط

تحتفظ AIENERGY.AE بحق تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية:

• يُحدَّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة
• يُنشر إشعار بارز على الصفحة الرئيسية لمدة 7 أيام
• استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التعديلات يُعدّ قبولاً ضمنياً لها
